These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TopDog (the "Service"), including our website and mobile application. By using TopDog, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Community Features (Feed and Direct Messages)

TopDog includes community features such as a global feed and direct messages. You agree to use these features respectfully and lawfully. You must not harass, threaten, impersonate, or attempt to exploit other users.

3. User Content (Videos, Posts, Profiles)

You may upload content such as training videos and profile information. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant TopDog a license to host, store, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the Service.

You are solely responsible for your content and represent that you have the rights needed to upload it.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use TopDog to:

- Post illegal, harmful, hateful, or sexually exploitative content.
- Share content that violates child safety standards (CSAM/CSAE).
- Spam, scam, phish, or solicit sensitive information.
- Attempt to bypass security, scrape data, or disrupt the Service.

5. Moderation, Reporting, and Enforcement

We may remove content and suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms or our safety standards. Users may report content or behavior. We cooperate with lawful requests and may report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to TopDog at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and can request account deletion via our Delete Account page.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

TopDog is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
